Mental Health First Aid Workshop — Nairobi

A practical, evidence-based two-day workshop that equips participants with the skills to recognise and respond to mental health crises in their families, workplaces, and communities. Facilitated by registered mental health professionals. Open to all — no prior experience required. Participants will learn to: identify the signs of common mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and psychosis; provide initial support using the ALGEE framework; refer effectively to professional services; and take care of their own mental health. Certificate of completion provided. CPD points available for healthcare professionals.
