I founded MindSpring Counselling & Wellness Centre in Nairobi to provide mental health support that is evidence-based, culturally grounded, and genuinely personal. My approach combines talk therapy, body-based methods, and creative techniques- tailored to what each person or organization needs. Alongside my clinical work, I support organizations in building safer environments through safeguarding training, PSEA, and protection programming-with particular focus on women, young people and vulnerable communities. I believe that emotional wellbeing is foundational to healthy relationships, meaningful living, and thriving communities. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and practical space where people can grow in self-awareness, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
